I primarily work with men of all ages, but I also support individuals from diverse backgrounds who are navigating trauma, stress, or relationship challenges. From our first session, I take a collaborative approach to help you gain a clear sense of what therapy will look like. My work draws mainly from experiential models of therapy, allowing you to actively practice new tools and insights in session. After all, knowing something is one thing — being able to remember and apply it when it matters most is another.
