Jamie graduated in 2022 from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria. Her background as a competitive athlete and personal experiences with injuries inspired her to deepen her understanding of health sciences and pursue a career in massage therapy. Jamie’s approach is client-centered, incorporating a variety of techniques such as deep tissue massage, myofascial release, and passive and active range of motion. She builds personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's individual needs. Outside of her practice, Jamie enjoys skiing, mountain biking, listening to podcasts, and experimenting with new soup recipes. During a 60 Min session we will focus on areas of restriction in the upper or lower body. FST is within the scope of Registered Massage Therapy and can be billed to extended health benefits.
