Janelle grew up in Burnaby and completed her undergraduate studies at Simon Fraser University and Thompson River University with a Bachelor of Health Science Degree. Janelle graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy’s 3000-hour program in 2012 and is in good standings with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC). Janelle provides a light & gentle approach to treatment using modalities such as Swedish massage, Myofascial release therapy, Trigger point release therapy and lymphatic drainage. Janelle believes in an integrative and holistic approach to health and wellness. Her experience within interdisciplinary clinics for over 14 years, allows for a collaborative & comprehensive treatment to achieve patients health goals. Janelle was inspired to become a massage therapist through her passion for helping others. She believes massage therapy is an integral part of injury prevention, rehabilitation and overall health. Janelle’s greatest joy in life is being a mom and spending time with her family. She loves traveling and believes in the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
