After conducting many sessions with women of all ages, she recognized that they were often dealing with something that had greatly and negatively affected her own life. Being a People-Pleaser.
She has become passionate about creating a therapy framework that takes women from the awareness of their people-pleasing tendencies all the way to a life that is guided by authenticity, self-trust, confidence and inner peace.

Janice lives in the Niagara Region of Ontario with her partner, 7 rescue cats and a really powerful vacuum. She loves to bake, grow her own food, take walks by the lake, watch cheesy weather disaster movies and eat out at many of the area's local winery restaurants.

Book in a complimentary 20-minute consult to chat!
Our initial session together is 60 minutes instead of the usual 50 minute session. This allows us to get better acquainted and to review your completed intake forms. Clients are only required to book this session once. After completion, you are free to book either virtual or in-person regular sessions.
In-person session are conducted in my home. There you'll feel cozy and comfortable on the pink couch (yes, there really is one), while we talk. Coffee, tea or water included. * Note: there are 5 cats here so if you're allergic or don't like cats I suggest booking a virtual session.
Once you've had your initial appointment then you move to regular sessions. This can be twice a week, weekly, bi-weekly or another schedule that fits your therapy needs and goals.
