Janna is an RMT originally from Quebec and now rooted in beautiful British Columbia.
She approaches massage as both an art and a practice of healing, blending Swedish and therapeutic techniques to help ease chronic pain, release tension, and encourage the body’s natural ability to restore balance.
Janna’s treatments are guided by a mix of clinical understanding and intuitive care, allowing her to adapt each session to the unique rhythms and needs of your body. Her intention is to create a safe, grounding space where clients can reconnect with themselves, unwind, and experience lasting relief.
When not in the treatment room, Janna can often be found deepening her studies in trauma-informed care and integrative approaches to wellness, training in the gym as a hybrid athlete or outdoors replenishing her own energy in nature while practicing yoga and mindfulness.

Extended Reflexology & Indian Head Massage with Nicole Geramita
Reflexology is an alternative medicine involving application of pressure to the feet and hands with specific thumb, finger, and hand techniques . It is based on a pseudoscientific system of zones and reflex areas that purportedly reflect an image of the body on the feet and hands, with the premise that such work effects a physical change to the body.
