Jared was born and raised in Squamish, B.C and always had an interest in the human body due to his active lifestyle. Jared played on a soccer scholarship for two seasons at Quest University Canada before transferring to the University of British Columbia to complete his Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology. Following this, Jared attended and graduated from The Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. Jared enjoys using his RMT training and background in kinesiology to provide his patients with the education and treatment to help them achieve overall better function and reduced pain. He is very experienced in working with patients who have chronic pain, postural dysfunction, repetitive strain, lifestyle-related and sports injuries. He uses a variety of techniques including myofascial release, trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage therapy. Outside of work, Jared continues to live an active lifestyle hiking with his dog, playing soccer and training mixed martial arts.
