Hi, I’m Jasmine, a new physiotherapy graduate excited to rejoin the Physio Collective team! Born and raised in Vancouver, BC, I completed my physiotherapy degree in Ireland, bringing an international perspective to my practice. Growing up, I started competing in karate at a young age, representing Team BC, and went on to play various sports throughout high school, developing a lifelong passion for movement. Over the past few years, while studying, I've worked as a reformer Pilates instructor and fitness coach, teaching everything from Hyrox and HIIT to running and strength classes. I've been on the other side of recovery myself, and I know firsthand how transformative the right support can be. At the heart of everything I do is a passion for empowering people to truly understand their bodies and take control of their own health. I have a particular interest in hormonal and pelvic health conditions, and I'm committed to providing care that reflects the whole person. As a bilingual South Asian Canadian, I offer consultations in both English and Punjabi, and I'm proud to serve our diverse community in a way that feels genuinely inclusive. While I complete my physiotherapy licensing, I’ll be teaching group strength, sculpt and mat Pilates classes and working with 1:1 reformer clients at the clinic.
