With over 15 years of experience in physiotherapy, Jason is a dedicated professional with a Master of Physical Therapy and a Bachelor of Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia. With a strong passion for movement and performance, he focuses on helping individuals improve function, reduce pain, and enhance mobility in their everyday lives.
His treatment approach emphasizes simple and effective corrective exercises that can be easily integrated into a patient’s routine, both in the clinic and at home. By equipping patients with the right tools and techniques, he helps them build strength, restore mobility, and regain confidence in their movement. In addition to exercise-based therapy, Jason incorporates dry needling/Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS) when appropriate, ensuring a personalized treatment plan tailored to each individual’s needs.

Committed to patient-centered care, Jason aims not only to relieve pain but also to enhance long-term function and prevent future injuries. Whether working with athletes, active individuals, or those looking to improve daily movement, he strives to help patients achieve their optimal level of health and performance.
In his spare time, Jason enjoys staying involved in sports by coaching youth teams and sharing his experience as a former UBC basketball player.

30-Minute Follow-Up Physical Therapy This 30-minute follow-up session is all about making progress. We’ll check in on how you’ve been feeling since your last visit, adjust your treatment plan if needed, and focus on exercises or techniques that are making a difference. Whether it’s building strength, improving mobility, or managing pain, these sessions help keep you on track and moving forward. It’s a chance to ask questions, fine-tune your program, and keep working towards your goals—one step at a time.

This 60-minute assessment is designed for more complex issues that need a bit of extra time and attention. Our Physical Therapist will take a thorough look at your movement patterns, medical history, and any ongoing pain or limitations. We'll dig deeper into what's causing the problem and how it’s impacting your daily life. This session gives us the chance to explore multiple areas, perform more detailed tests, and discuss a comprehensive plan to help you manage or resolve your symptoms. By the end, you’ll have a clearer understanding of what’s going on and the next steps toward feeling better.

In this 40-minute assessment, we’ll take the time to understand what’s been bothering you and how it’s affecting your movement. Our therapist will go through a series of simple tests and ask questions to get a clear picture of what’s going on. The goal is to identify the source of your pain or discomfort and discuss a plan that makes sense for you—whether that’s focused exercises, hands-on treatment, or a mix of both. This is an opportunity to get some answers and start finding ways to feel better and move more easily.
