Jason’s practice draws on a diverse background in sport, education, and clinical training. He first earned a Bachelor's of Kinesiology with a Psychology minor from the University of British Columbia Okanagan, where he also competed on the varsity soccer team, before completing his RMT diploma at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria, BC. His hands on experience includes working with elite athletes from the Canadian National Rugby programs and Pacific FC of the Canadian Premier League. Nearly ten years as a Personal Trainer adds another layer to his approach, allowing him to seamlessly blend active rehabilitation with therapeutic massage. Jason tailors each session to the individual, incorporating techniques such as General Swedish massage, Myofascial work, Trigger Point Release, and Deep tissue therapy. His evidence informed approach emphasizes **pain reduction, improved mobility, and long term wellness for clients of all activity levels**.
