AjouterMy core belief in therapy is grounded in building a therapeutic alliance. I aim to create a safe and trusting space for clients to explore their emotions and goals, recognizing the intersectionality of their lived experiences.
I am a born and raised Calgarian and earned my master’s degree from the University of Calgary. Over my 16 years in the social work profession, I have supported children and youth, worked in crisis intervention as well as community development and non-profit work.

In my journey through therapy, I have ignited a passion for working with couples to empower
them to overcome challenges, cultivate resilience, and foster positive change in their lives. I use a holistic approach, integrating modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy to create an opportunity to honour and recognize people's past, present and future.
