SaveJay graduated from and has worked at UBC for nearly 20 years, before coming to HCC. He has a deep love of sports and has worked with many of the varsity teams there. During this time, he has developed a keen interest in injuries of the shoulder, the knee and the hip.

GLAD™ Canada is an education and exercise program for those with stiff/painful KNEE and/or HIP osteoarthritis. Members usually require 4 sessions of "GLA:D® Canada Osteoarthritis Program" to complete the entire program.
