Session of approximately 1h45 dedicated to assessing climbing technique on the wall at Bloc Shop Mile-Ex. Includes a health assessment with the physiotherapist, a warm-up period in the gym and on the wall, as well as a climbing session. Following this session, personalized advice and exercises will be provided based on the needs and goals of each climber. This can be done for prevention or to assist with an existing injury that does not prevent climbing (If the injury prevents climbing, please select the 'Physiotherapy Assessment' service)

Initial physiotherapy session dedicated to the assessment and treatment of a musculoskeletal issue.

Follow-up appointment for an issue that has already been assessed. (A 'Physiotherapy Assessment' appointment is required before a 'Physiotherapy Follow-Up' appointment)
