Jeff Kellerman

With a background in powerlifting Jeff developed a strong interest in active approaches to soft tissue therapy and myofascial techniques. He was drawn to the consistent results these methods provided across a wide range of individuals, from athletes to office workers.

Jeff believes there is no such thing as a “cookie-cutter” treatment plan. Every person presents differently, and care should reflect that. His treatments are tailored to the individual, combining clinical reasoning with movement-based strategies to support long-term recovery and performance.

Having personally experienced a number of injuries through powerlifting, downhill mountain biking, and backcountry skiing — including concussions, fractures, and ligament injuries — Jeff understands firsthand the physical and mental challenges that come with rehabilitation. This perspective allows him to connect with patients navigating their own recovery journeys.

Outside of the clinic, Jeff can be found powerlifting, skiing, or mountain biking throughout the mountains of Kelowna and British Columbia, or walking his pitbull, Porter.
