AjouterJeff Zifeng Pang is a registered psychotherapist in the Province of Ontario (CRPO). He is an active professional member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). Jeff got his Master’s Degree in Developmental Psychology from South China Normal University, Guangzhou China in 1993. He has more than 20 years of experience in counseling and psychotherapy in the greater Toronto area.
Jeff has extensive working knowledge in counseling and psychotherapy in partner assault response program, anger management group therapy, couple therapy, parenting counseling, gambling and addiction counseling, and bounce back program.

He knows that understanding mental health can be confusing and stressful, but he also knows that there’s hope. Jeff sees therapy as a personalized and supportive process where he works with you to pay attention to your current reality and work out what would best suit your needs. He can walk you through the process of change and resolve painful emotions, and make a positive impact on your life.
Jeff incorporates Cognitive Behave Therapy, Solution-Focused approach with an emphasis on teaching skills into his work. He has been passionate about using psychological knowledge to empower people to learn practical skills to feel better, as well as to learn to better at their feeling and thrive in day-to-day life!
