AjouterIn 2014, Jeffrey graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy, and has been a practicing RMT ever since. He is looking forward to contributing to your healing from injury or strain, or simply being a part of your general well-being, employing common techniques such as GTO, Trigger Point, and Myofascial Release, dense-connective-tissue-frictions, joint mobilizations, petrissage, and good old effleurage. Jeffrey is excited to work for and with you at Seek Optimal Wellness, in downtown Chilliwack. Some of his interests are playing chess and backgammon, reading, motorcycle riding, hiking, and walking his little dog (a morkie), Summer. One of his favourite novels is Till We Have Faces, by C.S. Lewis, and a movie he likes to watch every year is Groundhog Day, with Bill Murray. He’s visited China and Kenya, but really loves it here in British Columbia. His favourite area of the province is the Slocan Valley, where he would love to retire in a little cabin in the woods with a vegetable garden and some chickens, and his library of books. Jeffrey still has a lot to figure out about life, and he’s more than open to talk, although he’s learning sometimes being silent is best while treating people. He is married and has grown children.
