AjouterJennifer (Jen) works primarily with children and adolescents, providing a safe and comfortable environment to help work through their struggles. She is passionate about helping families learn effective and respectful communication skills so they can form healthy relationships built on trust and connection. Jen also works with individuals who want to find new ways of dealing with the things that ‘pinch’ in their lives. Using a compassionate and empathic approach wrapped in genuine human kindness, Jen helps her clients regain their emotional and mental equilibrium utilizing a holistic perspective of mental wellness. She believes that we all have the ability within to meet our potential, and sometimes we just need some help figuring out how to do it.
