Hello, I’m Jenna, a Registered Acupuncturist who believes acupuncture is a conduit for health and balance within the entirety of our wellbeing. What brought me to Chinese medicine was my experience with pregnancy loss and complications. This experience made me curious and more aware of how emotions may influence various aspects of suffering. Now, I am passionate about supporting others cultivate emotional resilience using **acupuncture** and other Chinese medicinal tools, such as, **moxibustion, cupping, food therapy, and tui na.** I have experience working with those who are new to Acupuncture, and experience different levels of needle phobia; I am happy to meet you where you are at during a treatment through continuous communication and consent. I also have experience treating acute emotional transitions and chronic emotional sensitivities, including grief, PTSD and C-PTSD, OCD, PMDD, anxiety disorders, depression, and medication transitions. My work also supports individuals experiencing concussion, stroke, cerebral palsy, and other brain injury recovery; viral flare-ups such as HSV-1, HSV-2, and Epstein–Barr virus; nervous system and hormonal dysregulation; pregnancy loss, including abortion, miscarriage, and stillbirth; digestive conditions; autoimmune conditions such as POTS, long COVID, and MCAS; scar needling; and pain management. Most importantly, throughout my clinical experience, I have found immense value in developing a sincere ability to listen and sit with those asking for support. Outside of the clinic space, I enjoy a day without an agenda, surrounding myself with trusted friends and family, and watching my dog, Sybil, experience life.

You can expect a detailed and intentional conversation about your health history, concerns, and goals for your first visit. From there, we will progress into an acupuncture treatment, which will include needling, and depending on your diagnosis, your treatment may consist of moxibustion, cupping, tui na, or gua sha.
Please book this for patients who are 16 or under. The treatment may include acupuncture, acupressure, tui na, cupping, or gua sha. When using acupuncture techniques on infants, children, and teenagers, needles are retained for a shorter duration, and fewer, smaller needles are used.
