Using art/play therapy for children and teens, she helps them to understand their stressors, navigate their way through custody issues, manage anxiety and depression, and heal from low self-esteem and trauma. She works with adults who are looking to heal from trauma, relational difficulties, anxiety and depression, and chronic stress. As an Indigenous woman, Jennifer brings a wholistic approach to healing the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of the self while acknowledging each individual’s innate unique gifts.
