Jennifer (Jenny) Taylor
About Jennifer
Their own wordsHi there! I’m a Registered Social Worker with a Master’s degree with a clinical speciality and over 20 years of experience in human services. I’ve had the opportunity to work in healthcare, crisis intervention, and family court, and I’ve seen firsthand how challenging life’s journey can be. That’s why I approach therapy with compassion, understanding, and without judgment—my goal is to help you find clarity and healing, no matter what you're facing.
I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to help guide you toward the changes you want to see in your life. I work with individuals and families on a range of challenges, including co-parenting and family dynamics. I understand that navigating co-parenting can be tough, and I’m here to help you improve communication, set healthy boundaries, and create a positive space for both you and your children.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and supportive. I want to create a safe space for you to explore your feelings, develop coping strategies, and take small but powerful steps toward positive change. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, relationship struggles, co-parenting challenges, or other life transitions, I’m here to help you find balance and move forward with confidence.
Together, we’ll work towards peace, clarity, and strength, both in your personal growth and your co-parenting relationship.
