She has worked in high risk pregnancy clinics and on the post partum units at the Royal Alexandra Hospital. In addition, she is a Lab Instructor at NorQuest College and has been teaching prenatal education since 2016. Jennifer is passionate about combining clinical expertise with education to help parents feel informed, confident and supported.

In this 6.5-hour session (9:00 AM - 3:30 PM), participants will learn about: -Signs of approaching labor, when to go to the hospital and what to pack -Stages of labor -Pain management options, comfort measures and relaxation techniques -Role of partner/support person -Cesarean Birth -Inductions and augmentations -Birth Plans Price is for 2 people. Please only register once for both participants.
In this 3 -hour session (6:00 PM - 9:00 PM), participants will learn about: -Recovery after delivery -Breastfeeding and Bottle feeding basics -Bathing, skin care and cord care -How to swaddle and diaper -Safe sleep -Dealing with crying and comforting your baby Price is for 2 people. Please only register once for both participants.
