Hello my name is Jennifer and I am a Registered Psychotherapist and Registered Art Therapist working with adults who are seeking meaningful change and a deeper connection with themselves. I have a BA in Psychology from Brock University and a Post-Graduate Diploma from the University of Western Ontario. I offer both traditional talk therapy and Art Therapy sessions, creating a supportive and individualized space for reflection, creativity, and personal growth.

Many of the adults I work with feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or burnt out from carrying the weight of responsibilities for so long. You may have spent years putting everyone else first—family, career, relationships—only to realize you’ve become disconnected from your own needs, desires, or sense of joy. As a mom of two teenagers, I understand the joys and challenges of parenting at this stage of life and how easy it can be to lose sight of your own passions. You might feel like you’ve lost your spark, or be unsure of who you are at this stage. Our work together focuses on gently reconnecting you with yourself, cultivating self-compassion, and helping you rediscover meaning and vitality.
I view therapy as a collaborative process rooted in curiosity rather than correction. Through talk therapy, we explore patterns, emotions, and life experiences with care and depth. Through Art Therapy, I offer a creative pathway for expression when words feel limiting. Engaging in the creative process can uncover insight, clarity, and emotional release in ways that are often unexpected. No artistic experience is needed—only a willingness to explore.
Later in my professional journey, I pursued additional holistic training after recognizing that while emotional, mental, and physical health are often addressed, the spiritual dimension of wellbeing is sometimes overlooked. I believe tending to this deeper sense of meaning and connection can be an important part of restoring hope. This perspective continues to inform the intuitive, whole-person lens I bring to my work today, while remaining grounded in professional psychotherapy practice.
