I bring something a little different to this work. Before becoming a therapist, I spent nearly two decades as an educator and school administrator, working closely with children, families, and communities. I understand the pressures parents carry, the challenges children face, and the way family dynamics can quietly shape everything. That background informs how I sit with the people I work with.
As an Indigenous therapist, I also bring a deep cultural awareness to my practice. For clients who carry questions of identity, community, or lived experience, that understanding matters. For everyone I work with, it simply means you'll be met with genuine respect and curiosity about what your life actually looks like.
I work with children, families, and parents, and I also work with adults navigating anxiety, self-worth, life transitions, and relational stress. My approach is grounded in CBT, with strengths-based and solution-focused threads woven through it. Sessions are collaborative, client-led, and paced to what feels right for you.
