She graduated from McGill University with a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (2025) after completing her Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Therapy at Concordia University (2019), providing her with a strong foundation in both sport-related and general musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
Jennifer works with athletic and general populations, welcoming patients of all ages and fitness levels. She has experience with a diverse clientele, including professional football and soccer players, and focuses on treating muscular and joint injuries as well as temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunctions. Each treatment plan is tailored to the individual’s goals, lifestyle, and abilities to support a return to daily activities, work, and physical activity.

“During the initial consultation, the physiotherapist will gather all the necessary informations regarding your general health and your injury. The physiotherapist will perform a detailed physical assessement of your condition and will explain to you all the findings of the evaluation.
The physiotherapist will explain to you the treatment plan, the recommended frequency of follow-up appointments and will answer all your questions.
The physiotherapist will then begin the treatment plan and will prescribe you a therapeutic home exercise program.

“During the initial consultation, the physiotherapist who specializes in TMJ will gather all the necessary informations regarding your genral health and your condition and will perform a detailed examination of the TMJ, cervical spine an posture.
The physiotherapist will then begin the treatment plan which includes joint mobilizations, myofascial release and motor control and postural home exercises.
Physiotherapy treatments are recommanded for:
- Restoring the optimal biomechanics of the TMJ
- Reducing pain and dysfunction of the TMJ
- Reducing joint clicking and locking and improving range of motion of the TMJ
- Improving posture and mobility of the cervical region
- Improving respiratory mechanics
- Regulating the muscle tome of the neck and jaw
