SaveI am a Counselling Therapist with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. I began my counselling career in January 2021, working with high school students, and my focus has been primarily on adolescents aged 13–18, supporting them through challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, and relationship issues.
Prior to counselling, I worked as a high school teacher, giving me extensive experience supporting youth academically, socially, and emotionally. My approach is client-centered, drawing on CBT, DBT-informed strategies, emotion regulation skills, and strengths-based techniques to help clients build confidence, coping strategies, and resilience.
