SaveJessica earned her advanced diploma from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy’s rigorous 2200-hour program in 2021. With a heartfelt commitment to her craft, Jessica excels in guiding her clients towards their personal health objectives through a holistic approach.
Her therapeutic repertoire includes deep trigger point release, myofascial release, gentle joint manipulation, and classic Swedish massage. Jessica harbors a special interest in women’s health, particularly in pelvic floor rehabilitation.
Beyond her professional life, Jessica finds joy in, exploring other countries, hiking the great outdoors, cherishing time with her family and friends, and cozying up with a good book.
