I specialize in deep tissue techniques and have a strong interest in working with individuals experiencing chronic pain. My treatments blend deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and Swedish massage to help release built-up tension and promote lasting relief.
I’m passionate about helping people feel more at ease in their bodies and believe in tailoring each session to meet your specific needs. Whether it’s through focused breathwork, gentle stretching, or postural awareness, I aim to support your wellness both on and off the table.
