Treatment are always based on you and what your needs are for that day. She offers both Massage Therapy and CranioSacral Therapy, either separately or as a blended treatment approach.
Massage Therapy: Her massage therapy treatments are a blend of Swedish massage, Myofascial release and a touch of CranioSacral therapy. Helpful for restoring a sense of balance and calm to the nervous system, while supporting pain relief and improving ease of movement.
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a very gentle hands on modality. CST feels like a nurturing and gentle pause, one that encourages your body's natural ability to heal. For more information about CranioSacral Therapy, please click on link bellow:
