Hi, I’m Jessica, a Registered Massage Therapist and Osteopathic Manual Practitioner in Milton. I work primarily with newborns, babies, and mothers, providing gentle, individualized care for pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and early childhood.

A small number of massage therapy appointments are available for children.
These appointments are typically offered to children who are already patients of the clinic, siblings of current patients, or children referred by another healthcare provider.
Massage therapy for children uses gentle, age-appropriate techniques and treatment is adapted to the child’s comfort and needs following assessment. A parent or guardian is welcome to be present during the appointment when appropriate. Consent for treatment is obtained based on the child’s age, capacity, and circumstances.
If your child is an existing patient, a sibling of a patient, or has been referred, this is the correct appointment to book.
Massage therapy and osteopathic services are separate regulated services provided under different professional scopes of practice. The service you receive will depend on the appointment you book.

Massage therapy can help support comfort during pregnancy and after birth. Many clients book for back, hip, or pelvic discomfort, neck and shoulder tension, swelling, or general muscle tension and fatigue.
Massage therapy is adapted for pregnancy using supportive positioning, pillows, and techniques chosen for comfort and safety. Treatment is based on assessment and your individual needs and comfort level.
Some clients choose to combine massage therapy and osteopathic care for additional support during pregnancy and after birth.

Some babies continue care after newborn visits, while others come later as movement and development change.
Families often come when their baby shows a preference for one side, has head shape concerns, seems uncomfortable, has feeding or reflux issues, or during developmental transitions like rolling, sitting, or crawling.
Care is gentle, responsive, and guided by your baby’s comfort. We take time to understand the full picture of your baby’s movement, development, and comfort.

Families often come when feeding feels difficult, their baby prefers one side, seems uncomfortable or unsettled, or when they would simply like a gentle check-in after birth.
The visit is calm, unhurried, and guided by your baby’s comfort. We take time to talk about pregnancy, birth, feeding, and sleep, and to understand how your baby moves, rests, and settles.
Parents sometimes worry their baby will be uncomfortable during a visit. We move slowly, pause when needed, and always follow your baby’s cues. There is always time to feed, change, cuddle, or take breaks.
Gentle treatment may be offered if needed and is always guided by your baby’s comfort.
Some babies benefit from a few visits over time, and we will always talk this through together.
