A 30-minute physiotherapy assessment designed for moms participating in our Baby & Me classes. We’ll review your postpartum recovery, current concerns and goals, assess core function, strength and movement, and discuss any individual modifications to help you safely participate in class.

Assessment for joint or soft-tissue injection with steroid or hyaluronic acid (viscosupplementation). Joint injections are offered for shoulders, knees, MTP and MCP joints. Soft Tissue Injections are offered for: Epicondylitis (tennis/golfer's elbow) - Trigger Finger - Plantar Fasciitis - Greater Trochanter Pain Syndrome - Carpal Tunnel Syndrome - DeQuervains Tenosynovitis - Morton’s Neuroma - Keloid Scars

For those who have previously been assessed and treated with Trigger Point Injections at Dynamic Therapy
If you have chronic pain for which manual therapy, dry needling, or acupuncture provides limited effect, Trigger Point Injection therapy may help provide meaningful relief. ****PLEASE NOTE: 1) it is recommended to avoid physio/massage/exercise involving the treated area for 48h after treatment 2) if it is determined that proceeding with treatment would not be beneficial, you will be charged only the assessment fee.

Trigger point injections are offered for chronic muscle pain/tension. Joint injections are offered for shoulders, knees, MTP and MCP joints.
