Jessica’s interest in massage therapy began with her own experience as a patient. Massage played an important role in managing chronic neck pain from desk work, supporting her body through pregnancy, and helping her to recover from various running and soccer injuries. These experiences sparked a genuine appreciation for how massage can help people feel more at ease and connected to their bodies. Jess graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2025, where she developed a foundation in anatomy and physiology. She combines Swedish massage techniques with trigger point therapy, deep tissue work, and myofascial release to create therapeutic and restorative treatments. Jess strives to help clients reduce pain, restore movement and reconnect with a sense of well-being. Outside of the clinic, Jess enjoys exploring beaches and parks with her family, and biking through the city in search of tasty pastries.
