Jessie obtained her bachelor’s degree in rehabilitation sciences and her master’s degree in occupational therapy from McGill University and is a member of the Ordre des Ergothérapeutes du Québec (OEQ). As a former soccer player, it was her injuries that led her to develop an interest in physical health and rehabilitation.
During her studies, she had the opportunity to do internships in home care, pediatrics, as well as in a private clinic. That is where she discovered an interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and in hand and upper extremity therapy.
Jessie believes in a holistic approach through active listening and open communication in order to address her clients concerns and goals in a personalized manner.
During her free time, she enjoys hiking, weight training, travelling, and outdoor activities.
