Their own wordsJill Lowndes spent years training as a sexual health educator and sex and relationship coach to be able to offer clients the best possible support when navigating their sexuality, relationships, and dating. Her training as a sexual health educator was done through Options Sexual Health Clinic, and she is currently in the process of certifying as a coach through Somatica Institute.
One of Jill's core beliefs is that allowing yourself to feel pleasure and to be in pleasure is one of the greatest forms of liberation a person can practice. Jill believes that through pleasure, we learn about ourselves, fight oppressive and shame-fueled stigmas, all while growing into our most authentic selves. When we can show up as our most authentic selves, we do right by ourselves.
With Jill, you will work to unlearn shame, limiting beliefs, and negative thought processes, creating the space for healing and growth to take the lead through a somatic lens. You will dive deeper and dig down to learn the tools necessary to aid in becoming your most liberated, authentic, and empowered sexual self.
