I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, grief, ADHD, low mood, and disordered eating. My approach is warm, client-centered, and rooted in evidence-based practices. The therapist meets with parents or caregivers to discuss the child’s progress, therapeutic goals, emotional needs, and strategies to support growth at home.
