Watching your child grow and change is one of the greatest joys of parenting; but it can also feel confusing and overwhelming at times. You want to give your child every opportunity to thrive, yet it’s not always easy to know how best to support them through challenges or big emotions.
In my therapeutic practice, I help children grow into their best selves - curious, confident, and emotionally resilient. But I also know that every child’s journey is deeply intertwined with the love, effort, and care of their parents. My role is to walk alongside you as your child learns to navigate their feelings, build coping skills, and move through important developmental milestones with confidence and compassion.
Children often communicate their inner world through play, creativity, and storytelling. In therapy, I use these natural forms of expression to help them explore their experiences in ways that feel safe and empowering. Together, we uncover what’s driving their emotions or behaviors and develop strategies to help them manage challenges such as anxiety, emotional regulation, peer relationships, or family transitions.
I also work closely with parents to bridge what happens in the therapy room with life at home. You’ll gain tools, language, and insights to better understand your child’s needs, strengthen your connection, and bring more calm, trust, and joy into your family’s daily life.
My approach blends evidence-based methods with warmth, empathy, and deep respect for each child’s individuality and pace. I believe that when children feel truly seen, understood, and supported, they develop the confidence and inner strength to flourish - not just in therapy, but in every area of their lives.
Above all, my goal is to create a nurturing space where children feel safe to grow and parents feel deeply supported, because healing and growth happen best when we work together.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and an Honours Bachelor degree in Biology and Psychology.
