Jodie graduated from the Vicars School of Massage Therapy and has been a Registered Massage Therapist in BC since 2023. Her journey began in 2005 with a 250-hour Swedish Relaxation Massage course, which she followed with specialized training as a Spa Technician, a 200-hour Vinyasa Teacher Training, and a Yin Yoga Training Course. These experiences have fueled Jodie’s passion for understanding the human body and its connection to health and healing. Jodie finds fulfillment in helping clients reach their goals through each treatment. By skillfully integrating a range of modalities—focusing on deep tissue, trigger points, stretching, fascial techniques, and breathwork—she fosters deep relaxation and healing in every session. Outside the clinic, Jodie embraces an active lifestyle, whether hiking/biking through mountain trails or exploring new destinations for open water swimming adventures around the globe.

This is our most common massage treatment. It allows a good amount of time to treat a specific area of the body, as well as the compensating areas surrounding. If you are looking for a full body massage, this length of treatment would be a quick way to skim the surface but will not allow enough time to be thorough.
