Artistic Athlete Functional Screening is required before booking your first Artistic Athlete Functional Assessment by phone.

This appointment is a screening for Artistic Athletes such as gymnasts, dancers, figure skaters, and synchronized swimmers with injuries or imbalances.

You must be seen for a 1-hour Artistic Athlete Functional Assessment before you can book this Follow Up Session.
