John has been a massage therapist for over 30 years. He has a keen interest in learning how the body works, and how we can optimize it physically, mentally, and emotionally. John specializes in many massage techniques including craniosacral, visceral, and therapeutic exercise. He has been a lifelong athlete; playing soccer, golf, and weight training while also enjoying cycling and running. John loves to learn about the latest bio-hacking techniques and he expects to live to 100 with a high quality of life.
