Jon aims to help you identify your strengths and empower positive changes. With extensive experiences in education, he supports youth (12+), adolescents, yet also adults and seniors. As a trauma-informed counsellor, he focuses on building safe relationships to guide clients toward new paths and growth. He is also trained in working with veterans. Jon utilizes EMDR, Clinical Hypnosis, Narrative Therapy, Voice Dialogue and Solution Focus Therapy to help his clients become unstuck and move forward.
