Jonae is enthusiastic about restorative care and the privilege to be part of your progression towards healing, regaining your abilities and overall function. Her mission is to utilize therapeutic massage as a modality to foster clarity by alleviating physical and emotional stress stored within our bodies to enhance overall wellness and contribute towards helping her community live life in ease. Prior to her career as an RMT, she completed a diploma to become a Rehabilitation Therapy Assistant. She brings with her an extensive set of skills and experience working with children and adults from various settings such as inpatient Internal Medicine, ICU/HAU, Emergency and Palliative care. Jonae also has experience in outpatient physiotherapy hands department and musculoskeletal department. She was originally born and raised in Winnipeg, and moved to Vancouver on her own a few years ago in hopes of advancing her profession. Since then, she obtained her diploma for Massage Therapy from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. Whether it is therapeutic or relaxation, Jonae is excited to assist you on your journey towards healing.

This treatment is billable to insurance benefit plans. This treatment involves both external and intra-oral (inside of the mouth) massage techniques to address dysfunction in the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) and surrounding musculature. It is effective for individuals experiencing TMJD, teeth clenching, grinding, headaches, and chronic facial tightness. By targeting deep layers of the face muscles, this treatment helps improve jaw mobility, reduce pain and restore functional balance.
