I hold a Master’s in Sports Physiotherapy, a Postgraduate Diploma in Rehabilitation, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy. Over the years, I’ve developed and led physiotherapy programs in both private practice and professional football (soccer). Whether you're recovering from injury, managing a persistent issue, aiming to prevent future problems, or looking to enhance performance, I provide evidence-based, practical solutions tailored to your goals and lifestyle.
As a former competitive footballer — and now a keen runner and rock climber — I know how frustrating it is to be sidelined by pain & injury. Having dealt with more than a few injuries myself (plus the odd surgery), I understand rehab not just from a clinical standpoint, but from personal experience too. This insight helps me bring both clinical knowledge and personal experience to the recovery process.
Since landing in Nova Scotia in 2025, I’ve been soaking up everything Atlantic Canada has to offer: lobster rolls, donair, cheering on the Halifax Tides, hiking the coast, and doing my best to figure out how to speak Canadian, eh.
