我曾於加拿大及香港的醫院、社區及精神健康服務工作，陪伴不同背景的人面對情緒困擾、壓力、人生轉變、家庭與關係挑戰。
很多人都習慣自己消化情緒，或者覺得「再撐一下就會過去」。但有時候，長期壓抑、反覆內耗，的確會令人慢慢失去喘息的空間。尋求幫助並不容易，我希望能提供一個安全、尊重、不帶批判的空間，讓你可以慢慢整理自己的感受與經歷，不需要急著變好，也不需要一個人面對。
我專長的領域包括情緒困擾、移民適應、文化差異、家庭期望，以及不同人生角色之間所帶來的拉扯。每個人的背景與需要都不同，因此我會以整合及具彈性的方式，陪伴你尋找適合自己的步伐與方向。
Hi, I’m Jonathan, a Registered Social Worker (RSW) in British Columbia. I am fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
I have experience working in hospital and community mental health settings in both Canada and Hong Kong, supporting individuals through anxiety, emotional distress, life transitions, burnout, relationship and family challenges, and periods of feeling overwhelmed or stuck.
I understand that reaching out for support can feel difficult. My goal is to provide a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space where you can slow down, process your experiences, and feel understood.
My approach is collaborative and flexible, recognizing that each person’s experiences and needs are unique. I am also mindful of the emotional challenges that can come with immigration, cultural expectations, and navigating different life roles and identities.
