AjouterI’m an occupational therapist who is passionate about meeting people where they’re at and supporting them in achieving meaningful, individualized goals. My interest in occupational therapy began years ago after watching a close friend recover from a stroke. Seeing the powerful impact an occupational therapist had on his life solidified my desire to pursue this profession.
At the core of my practice is making sure you feel heard, seen, and actively involved in your care. I integrate evidence based research into every session and I proudly consider myself a bit of a nerd. I really value collaboration. You can expect open conversations about what’s working, what’s not, and how we can tailor treatment to best meet your needs. I also welcome feedback, as it helps shape our sessions and ensures we are making meaningful progress.

I’m especially passionate about working with chronic pain, concussions and brain injury, and first responders navigating heightened stress and triggers. I’m committed to developing practical, sustainable strategies that support both recovery and long-term wellbeing.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending time in nature with my husband and dog or running along the Kitsilano Seawall. I grew up on Bowen Island, so being surrounded by trees is still an essential part of my weekly routine.

An ergonomic assessment helps you work more comfortably and efficiently by evaluating your workstation setup, posture, and daily tasks. At Tall Tree, our experts identify simple, evidence-based adjustments to reduce pain, boost productivity, and prevent injury—creating a workspace that feels as natural as it is effective. The Ergonomic Assessment flat rate includes the assessment, written summary with recommendations, and an (optional) 15-min virtual follow up. PLEASE NOTE: Clinician travel time is billed separately for in-person ergonomic appointments.

If your child has already seen an Occupational Therapist at our clinic and you want to book a follow up, please go back and book a follow up appointment. This is a phone call visit. We can’t submit to extended health for Occupational Therapy services, so this appointment will be private pay.
