Joseph earned his Kinesiology degree from Memorial University in 2019 and developed a passion for health and wellness through personal training before completing his Massage Therapy diploma at Academy Canada in 2022. With 3 years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist and additional training in gua sha, taping, and cupping, he combines evidence-based knowledge with practical, hands-on care.
Through working with clients of all activity levels, directly supporting runners,athletes, and drawing from his own experience in strength sports such as powerlifting and strongman, Joseph has developed a well-rounded approach to treatment. His focus includes injury recovery, performance enhancement, longevity, and overall wellness.
