Joseph earned his Kinesiology degree from Memorial University in 2019 and developed a passion for health and wellness through personal training before completing his Massage Therapy diploma at Academy Canada in 2022. With 3 years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist and additional training in gua sha, taping, and cupping, he combines evidence-based knowledge with practical, hands-on care.
Through working with clients of all activity levels, directly supporting runners,athletes, and drawing from his own experience in strength sports such as powerlifting and strongman, Joseph has developed a well-rounded approach to treatment. His focus includes injury recovery, performance enhancement, longevity, and overall wellness. Joseph is passionate about helping clients return to the activities they love, achieve their goals, and find relief from the stresses of everyday life.
