Josh grew up in a small farming community in eastern Alberta, where he developed a strong work ethic and an appreciation for the physical demands that work, sports, and everyday life can place on the body. Those experiences sparked his passion for health, movement, and helping others stay active.
He studied kinesiology at the University of Alberta, where he volunteered as a student kinesiologist with the Golden Bears men's hockey team before earning his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon. During chiropractic school, Josh served as a leader in both the Motion Palpation Institute club and the Student Canadian Chiropractic Association, allowing him to further develop his clinical and leadership skills.

Josh believes chiropractic care should do more than relieve pain, it should help people move better, build resilience, and get back to doing the things they enjoy. Whether you're recovering from an injury, dealing with persistent aches and pains, or looking to improve your performance in sport or at work, he takes an evidence-informed, rehabilitation-focused approach tailored to your goals. Treatment may include chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, exercise prescription, and movement retraining to help you feel and perform your best.
Having worked in physically demanding environments himself and with a lifelong passion for strength training and athletics, Josh understands the importance of keeping your body performing at its best. He enjoys working with active individuals, athletes, and anyone looking to move with less pain and greater confidence.
Outside the clinic, you'll usually find Josh lifting weights, training for triathlons, playing recreational tennis, or experimenting in the kitchen by baking sourdough, brewing kombucha, and making just about anything from scratch.
