With over 7 years of experience supporting individuals and families, I offer a holistic, trauma-informed approach. I incorporate family theories, the Gottman Method, and attachment theories, along with DBT, ACT, EMDR, Neurofeedback, and mindfulness techniques. I will endeavour to meet you where you are and work collaboratively with you to help you express your needs, explore the impacts of your family and society, as well as share some tactics to navigate difficult moments in life. It will be my honour to be part of your healing process and I look forward to our time together.
