Judy holds a Master of Physical Therapy and a Master of Public Health from the University of British Columbia. Prior to becoming a physiotherapist, she worked in health research with a focus on pharmacoeconomics and decision sciences. She also works at Queen's Park Care Centre, an inpatient neurological rehab hospital (strokes, spinal cord injuries, brain injury) and with the BC Brain Wellness Program, supporting individuals with chronic brain conditions through exercise-based interventions and mentorship of kinesiology students and staff. Judy is passionate about helping clients better understand their bodies and feel empowered throughout their rehabilitation journey, whether their goals relate to daily activities, work, or sport. She takes an evidence-based, individualized approach to care, integrating manual therapy, movement re-education, and therapeutic exercise. Judy is committed to going above and beyond to ensure every client feels supported and confident in their care. Outside the clinic, Judy is a long-term volunteer at Canuck Place Children’s Hospice and enjoys staying active through volleyball, running, tennis, skiing, and learning to golf. Judy is happy to assist clients in English, Cantonese, or Mandarin.
