Recently I obtained my Craniosacral Therapy level 1 certification from Upledger Institute International.

Craniosacral therapy can help your body to shift from the sympathetic (fight or flight) mode to the parasympathetic (rest & digest) mode which may help to relieve pain and tension for many conditions. You should not expect to feel any pain during the session, though a mild discomfort may occur as your body responds to the treatment. Clients remain fully clothed during a craniosacral therapy appointment.

A non-invasive wellness session including Inner Voice, Vitals, and Body Systems scans, followed by a 30-minute relaxation session using the HUB and wellness mat. Designed to support relaxation, stress regulation, and overall balance. Educational and non-diagnostic.
