About Justice
Their own wordsEveryone’s healing journey looks different. You may be looking for support in navigating day-to-day stress, or perhaps you feel ready to begin exploring and healing something deeper. Whatever has brought you here, my hope is that you feel understood, heard, and empowered as we navigate your journey together.
My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment where you can exhale and leave feeling lighter. I take a holistic approach to counselling, recognizing that your experiences, relationships, and environment all shape your story. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities and collaborate with you to find what feels most supportive and meaningful. You set the pace of therapy, and I will meet you exactly where you are.
I am currently completing my Master of Counselling degree at Athabasca University. Over the past four years working within a school setting, I have supported individuals in developing emotional regulation skills, healthy relationships, and confidence. My experience has deepened my ability to approach each individual with curiosity, flexibility, and compassion. These skills continue to inform my work with clients wherever they are in their journey.
