I’m Kahlyn—a Registered Provisional Psychologist offering therapy for teens and adults who are ready to stop just “coping” and start creating real change. What I Do I help clients work through: Anxiety and stress Low self-esteem and self-worth Relationship issues People-pleasing and perfectionism Life transitions Burnout You don’t need a diagnosis or a “rock bottom” moment to start therapy. If something in your life feels off—or you’re just tired of doing it all alone—it’s valid, and it matters. My Approach I offer a person-centred and trauma-informed approach to therapy, grounded in compassion, flexibility, and evidence-based tools. I pull from: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) Mindfulness techniques Psychoeducation Sessions are warm, collaborative, and shaped around you. We’ll go at your pace, and I’ll check in regularly to make sure therapy feels helpful—not overwhelming. Therapy with me isn’t about being “fixed.” It’s about helping you feel more like yourself, with fewer shoulds and more clarity, confidence, and calm. About Me Outside of therapy, I love hiking, weightlifting, reading romantasy books, and knitting. I believe mental health and movement go hand-in-hand—and creativity is a form of healing.
